Objectives
The participant can review the cooperation of all supply chain members involved and can analyze a supply chain based on key performance indicators. He knows the strategic approach and the measures to plan and design the suply chain as well as the resulting consequences on costs and performance.

SCM training based on interactive simulation of business processes, supported with SCM-software simulation, group work, discussions and lectures.
